Robinhood Soars: The Popular user friendly trading platform had its stock soar on Wednesday because it will not offer extended trading hours (7am-8pm).

Stocks are Winning Overall: The Market has had a nice winning streak to close out March. Let's hope if it continues into April. The rally could easily fall because of the war and the supply chain issues, but with peace talks in Ukraine persisting and investors not overly fearful of the Fed, there are reasons for optimism.

Job Openings > Available Workers: There are 5 million more job openings then there are available workers. This is bad news for Employers, and great news for people seeking work.

Crypto Hack of $617M: The Ronin Network lost $617M last week in the biggest Crypto hack yet. The problem is networks like ronin are sacrificing security for gains in speed and less energy consumption.

Lobbying to Keep Taxes Complicated: Companies like TurboTax and H&R Block spend millions lobbying against legislation that would simplify the tax process. 

Lululemon hits $6B: a company that keeps climbing in stock price reported that it hit $6B in sales last year. This number will probably keep climbing as the apparel powerhouse gets into shoes and men's clothing.

Chinese Lockdowns & Gas Prices: The lockdowns in China due to Covid are one factor that is helping keep Gas prices from climbing. Chinas population is so large that a lockdown in China has far greater effect than just about every other country does when it comes to gas prices.

Exxon backing Bitcoin: Exxon is using excess gas to power crypto mining.

Spend $6T to lower US Debt: That makes perfect sense right?...Right? The Biden administration has a budget proposal for 2023 where they will be planning to spend nearly $6T and also implement a wealth tax on Americans making over $100M. The administration thinks this bill coupled with the wealth tax will help lower the deficit by $1T every year for 10 years. The good news is there will be funding for police in this proposal (Wait I thought we were suppose to defund the police? I must have heard wrong!).

Nickel's predicted 20% Jump: Investors are big on Nickel right now because of the need for more of it to meet the demand of the EV industry. Nickel is a key ingredient in the EV soup.

The Yield Curve Inverted: This means that stocks retreated as they always do when the 10y and 2y yield inverts. Explainer on this subject HERE.

Flora Growth (FLGC): A Cannabis company that is showing up everywhere due to their massive growth as of late. Their stock price is only $2.01, but they are a global company with huge expansion plans and an audited revenue of almost $30M. Obviously, C3 does not condone investing in cannabis stocks and businesses, but be aware of people pushing FLGC! The financial potential is definitely noteworthy. 

The Ruble is back: The Ruble lost a lot of value when the War started and when the sanctions came pilling in. However, this did not last long as the Russian currency has gained back its value pretty quickly.

Chewy (CHWY): the pet supply delivery service is suffering as it posted a $63M loss on the quarter. The stock price has not been hit hard, but Chewy loyalty is wavering and this is due to supply chain issues and not as many people getting pets (During the pandemic there was a "Puppy Palooza" - people getting pets while they got the WFH order).
