Stocks and crypto had a nice bounce on Tuesday. A "Green" day like this was inevitable since much of the market saw the worst week in two years last week. What goes down must come up, maybe we are getting that saying backwards...The uptick in the market will probably be short lived since the Fed is expected to raise the interest rate another 75 points net month.

 

Kellogg is doing its Trinity impersonation by splitting into three distinct publicly traded companies. Snacks, Cereal, and Plant-Based foods will be the three areas of focus and Kellogg is very confident that the looming recession and inflation will not affect spending on snack food products. The reason for this bullish belief, the snack food industry is predicted to hit $736B by 2026. That is $300B more than what it was predicted to hit just a few years back. 

 

A lawsuit in Maine is blurring the lines between Church and State. Many states do not allow taxpayer dollars to go to private/religious schools, but Maine is joining the states that do let this happen because many school districts in the state do not have public high schools. The Rubles success is because of Putin's foresight to decouple the Ruble from the USD and the still high demand for Russian energy particularly from Asia. It all comes down to energy. Should we go Green and allow Russia and China to seize power? Should we focus on Nuclear? How effective and efficient is Wind and Solar?
