Last week Home Depot, Intel, Walgreens, JPMorgan and a bunch of other stocks hit 52-week lows. The recession concerns are intensifying and BTC & ETH (The Blue Chip Cryptos) are hovering around $19K and $1K respectively. This is a rough market for investors, but as we keep saying, its a time when real wealth is made.

The story of rate hikes to tame inflation is not unique to the US. Central Banks in Europe including England, Hungary, and Switzerland all made massive rate hikes last week.

Mortgage rates are at the highest level since November of 2008. 2008, that is ringing a bell for some reason, I wonder what happened then?

Metaverse keeps getting hit with sexual harassment law suits. Who could have predicted this? The problem will only get worse as technology is in the works to make "touch" feel more intimate and real in the virtual space.

Lots of layoffs for Crypto and Real Estate. Crazy high prices for one and crazy low prices for the other are having the same affect regarding employment.
